RANDY GIDDINGS - Partner Western Division

After honorably serving in the US Navy, Randy received a BS Degree in finance and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

His banking career started as one of the first Commercial Banking Officers in the Wells Fargo Commercial Banking Department in Los Angeles, CA. He went on to the savings and loan industry where he became Senior Vice President/ assistant to the President. His duties included, all new site development, coordinated all loan officers and agents, created new loan programs, managed REO properties and developed real estate projects for a subsidiary.

Randy began his building/construction career in British Columbia, Canada, as a partner in CM Laursen Contracting. The company was involved in building large commercial projects throughout British Columbia.  Randy started a separate division developing and building condominiums and single family homes thru out B.C. Perusing opportunities back in California he continued developing and building projects from Los Angeles to Palm Springs California, under the name of All World Properties. 

Relocating to Coeur d Alene, Idaho, he owned and operated several businesses. Randy worked for many years as a Certified Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center (division of the SBA) at North Idaho College. 

Randy is well versed in all aspects of finance, real estate, development/construction and business development/operations. Having been there/done that and understanding the challenges and goals in todays financial market, Randy is now making use of his years of experience in the finance/brokerage business to form Excell Commercial Funding Group to take full advantage of his numerous investor/lender contacts that are available to fund your projects.

Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in private and public financing, real estate development and commercial lending.

Having worked with Security Bank of Milwaukee, Metro East Security Mortgage and M&I Bank has allowed Mark not only a strong understanding of commercial lending but also a greater awareness of the financial aspect of business at all levels. Mark's broad knowledge working with diverse markets and business professionals has resulted in the nurturing of productive relationships at all levels of commercial finance and real estate development throughout the Mid West.  His strengths include purchase of land parcels, government approvals and permitting to site infrastructure, project funding and construction in the residential and commercial markets.

Most recently, Mark has pursued opportunities on the Gulf Coast of Florida where his true passion for real estate development along with his well established and very dynamic network of extremely talented business professionals has resulted in his partnership with Excell Commercial Funding Group. Mark and his team are focused on developing and strengthening relationships with borrowers, brokers, lenders and investors. His team manages your funding packages from origination through underwriting and approval, to ensure that all Excell Commercial Funding Group clients are successful.
